Yes. We use natural, clean ingredients including plant oils, butters, extracts, and essential oils. No synthetic chemicals, phthalates, or parabens.

Are your products organic?
While many of our ingredients are certified organic, our focus is on sourcing the highest quality ingredients — organic whenever possible.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Most products have a shelf life of 6–12 months if stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you use preservatives?
Yes. We use gentle, natural preservatives like Leucidal SF Complete to ensure product safety without synthetic additives.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Revel Glow is committed to cruelty-free practices. We never test on animals.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We use gentle, skin-loving ingredients, but everyone is different. Always perform a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Do your products contain allergens?
Some products contain oils derived from tree nuts and seeds (like Sweet Almond Oil, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Tamanu Oil). Please see individual product pages for detailed allergen information.

How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigeration is not required but can extend shelf life.

🌿 HOW TO USE OUR PRODUCTS

How do I use the Face Serum?
Apply 3–5 drops to clean, damp skin. Gently press into your skin. Use morning and/or night.

How do I use the Whipped Tallow Balm?
Warm a small amount between your fingers and gently massage into your face or dry areas. Best used as the last step in your skincare routine.

How do I use the Hair Growth Oil?
Apply a few drops directly to your scalp. Massage in gently. Leave on for several hours or overnight before shampooing.

Should I patch test before using?
Yes. Always patch test new products to ensure compatibility with your skin or scalp.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

How long does order processing take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS, but may use UPS or FedEx depending on location.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

My package was lost or damaged. What should I do?

What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your order before purchasing.
